He is a civil law attorney practising at the Hon'ble High Court of Rajasthan, Jaipur Bench and the Hon'ble District and Sessions Court Jaipur, Rajasthan for more than 50 years. He specialises in the field of Debt Recovery, tenancy disputes, rent disputes, land disputes, property disputes and various other disputes pertaining to the property law in India.

Advocate Ashish Jain is also a civil law attorney practising at the Hon'ble High Court of Rajasthan, Jaipur Bench as well as the Hon'ble District and Sessions Court, Jaipur. He handles arbitration matters, company litigation at NCLT and NCLAT, Debt recovery proceedings at DRT and DRAT. He has an experience of 25 years in rent control matters and other tenancy disputes heard by the Rent Control Tribunal set up for speedy trial and disposal of cases.

Advocate Pratik Jain has done his L.L.B. from Gujarat National Law University. He has been admitted as an Advocate on the roll of Bar Council of Rajasthan in the year 2019. He has an experience of over 1 year in handling disputes pertaining to commercial and infrastructure contracts. He has joined our practice from August 2020 and will assist the team in handling arbitration and commercial litigation matters in Rajasthan.
